1.有甚麼原因令你減肥?肥胖帶給你甚麼問題?
I have been diligently managing my weight, eating habits and exercise regime. However, my information has been obtained through different sources-health websites, newspapers, stories from friends. I do not know if I am eating the right foods or doing exercises that would have health benefits. Most importantly, my weight has been on the current level for the past few years. As I am getting older, I would like some expert advice on how to eat the right food and doing exercises that could bring in the health benefits too.
I was introduced to Mr. John Wong. I found him very thorough and professional during my first visit to his office. I have chosen to participate in his 3-month weight management program.
2. 有沒有試過甚麼方法減肥?
I have tried dieting and following a nutrition menu, but the result is not consistent and my weight bounced back quickly. I have tried doing exercise as well, but I didn’t lose weight. Moreover, I have tried herbal life meal substitute, but no effect was seen.
3. 你個人認為肥胖的原因是甚麼?
I think the reason of being fat is due to increasing age.

After losing weight, I would like to share this good news with friends.
