JAC 專業團隊顧問

社會大眾對健康愈趨關注,而恆久的理想生活模式是有賴各方面的互相協調及配合。本中心的專業顧問由不同組別之專業人士包括醫生、註冊護士、註冊營養師及營養學家、物理治療師、脊科醫生、自然療法醫生、私人健身教練及中醫師所組成,在不同的領域提供專業、可信、全面的意見及最新的資訊,提供最完整及全面的健康服務, 從而協助市民大眾建立健康生活的目標。

個人簡介

黃榮俊先生已經替超過兩萬名客人提供營養飲食諮詢服務,減重累積超過200,000磅。JOHN跟一般的營養師的分別在於幫助客人建立一套自我互動的健康生活模式,透過營養,飲食,運動及心理狀況的掌握,獲得真正輕鬆及持久的減肥成效。直到目前為止,JOHN的最佳減肥個案紀錄是80磅,一個月的最佳健康減紀錄績是20磅,最近亦幫助一個會員成功創下一星期減掉9磅的佳績,重獲健康,美麗及自信。美好成績的背後是絕無用藥,節食及倚賴儀器。

 

自小已是四眼大肥仔一名,一次意外改變了一生, 轉眼保持已減去40磅的肥肉達23年之久。入得煮房,喜愛教營養,愛上幫人減肥,面對港式飲食,以港式方法折彈,絕對稱得上是減得“出神入化”,跟女士們一樣愛吃但怕肥,成日揀飲擇食,講飲講食。

 

JOHN具有豐富的營養保健產品研究及開發工作的經驗, 並提供產品的營養分析及諮詢服務等, 他亦經常走訪各大電子媒體,已報導及刊登的訪問已經突破6000次。曾是爽報,星島日報,JMEN,EVI 兒童健康教育網,IWEDDING CLUB的營養專欄作家,主理的營養及健康講座累積超過1000場。

 

Mr Wong Wing Chun, John, is currently the chief nutrition director of JAC Nutrition and Fitness Consultancy. He has already provided professional nutrition and diet consulting services to more than 20000 patients. A remarkable achievement that over 200000 pounds weight-loss has been realized and accumulated along his career life marks John’s excellent efforts. Standing out from conventional nutritionists, John focuses on developing a self-interactive lifestyle hand in hand with customers in the aim of health. Through manipulating nutrition, diet, fitness, psychology to a right state, a truly breezy but significant weight reduction can thus be seen.

 

By now, John gave his best record of a total 80 pounds weight loss in a particular case. He also succeeded to make a weight-reduction of 20 pounds in a customer within a month. All these inspiring results are completely independent from pills, excessive dieting and machines. Recently he has assisted a client achieving the amazing result of losing 9 pounds weekly. Surprisingly, John had been a nerdy and obese boy since his childhood, until a twist of fate flashed in. He is good at cooking, passionate in teaching nutrition and enjoys helping people to keep fit. He tackles unhealthy Hong Kong eating habits by local and customized recipes. 

 

John possesses rich experiences in the investigation of nutrition products, as well as analysis and consultation. He is a regular in various digital media, having 6000 or beyond interviews published. He also frequently writes in nutrition columns of Sing Tao Daily, JMEN magazine, EVI Children Health Education Website, IWEDDING CLUB and Sharp Daily respectively. Over 1000 nutrition and fitness talks and seminars have been organized by him as well.
